Made for beginners, but designed for students of all abilities. If you're new to yoga, this is the place to get started. For beginners, learn proper alignment of each pose with cues from your instructor and with hands-on assists from our assistants. For experienced yogis, it's a great refresher course on proper alignment and a chance to get deep into your poses to take your practice to a new level.
