MADE FOR BEGINNERS, BUT DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS OF ALL ABILITIES. IF YOU'RE NEW TO YOGA, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET STARTED. YOU'LL LEARN PROPER ALIGNMENT IN EACH POSE WITH CUES FROM YOUR INSTRUCTOR AND WITH HANDS ON  ASSISTS. FOR EXPERIENCED YOGIS, IT'S A GREAT REFRESHER COURSE ON PROPER ALIGNMENT AND A CHANCE TO GET DEEP INTO YOUR POSES; TO TAKE YOUR PRACTICE TO A NEW LEVEL.
